I think I'll just eat protein and as few carbs as possible, while avoiding any junk food labeled keto because they're terrible. If only I could be vegetarian, I would save money and stop reading labels, but it was just too much sacrifice. So far, I have practiced the You Can Bury A Lot Of Troubles Digging In The Dirt Vintage Shirt one-hour fast and the two-hour fast, and I am currently fasting. However, I haven't really seen any evidence of autophagy in myself. I don't look any younger at all, nor do I see a reduced scar. Fasting is quite painful for me. I don't sleep well, lack energy, always fantasize about food, headaches force myself to do this for the sake of autophagy but so far I haven't seen anything.
