Eating once per day is not good for steady blood sugar, causing you to overeat, how else would you provide calories for the Who’s Your caddy vintage t-shirt day during a meal? And if you don't eat well, you're probably eating too many carbs, too much saturated fat, etc. and not enough fiber, as high-fiber foods are bulky foods as well. You can only accomplish each task by eating several meals a day. Do you know what 2000kcal healthy food looks like? By the way, that's a lot of food. It is not intermittent fasting if you do it daily. It's just fasting regularly and depending on your lifestyle if you exercise regularly is probably not possible for most people.
