Intermittent fasting is easier and more sustainable than I imagined! I usually have a big midnight meal, really got addicted to it! And of course gained weight because of that. For several days after the Schittiest Year Ever 2020 Schitt’s Creek Christmas Sweatshirt start of a meal and one at 6 hours after work, never hungry! And absolutely no more midnight junk food. Since I have no more cravings, I also eat very healthy and feel great. One important mention, I quit, which I think has helped a lot in not feeling hungry. I don't even want to go back to 3 snacks, nor time spent thinking about what I'm going to eat and snacking is crazy! It is a tool in the toolbox. If you are low in calories, you will lose weight regardless of whether you exercise or not.
