What you can try, which has worked for me, is taking a day a week when I eat a lot less than usual, but it's very healthy. It helps to regulate my cravings somehow, making me eat better automatically on other days as well. But even on fast days, I still eat my dinner as usual. So I'm not hungry when I go to bed. Actually, the best thing about IF is really how easy it has made my life, so it's really fun. I don't have breakfast that I always think is the most important meal of the day and don't worry about lunch at work. Just drink my green tea and look forward to an early dinner.
